Shipping Outside India / International

Shipping Time

  • Unstitched Products: 5 - 10 Business days
  • Stitched Products: 15 - 20 Business days

Shipping Cost

  • Shipping cost is calculated per product and will be reflected on your checkout page.
  • Currently, we are offering Worldwide Shipping (no minimum cart value).
  • Exact shipping charges can be found by selecting your country on the cart page or at checkout.
  • Shipping charges may vary based on location.

Shipping Locations

  • We ship to 200+ countries worldwide including the US, UK, Canada, Australia, New Zealand, and more.

India Shipping

Tip: Shipping cost decreases when you buy more than two products. Buy more, save more!

Time to Deliver

Within India

  • Major metro cities: 7-10 days from order confirmation.
  • Other locations: 10-15 days from order confirmation.
  • Add an additional 7- 10 days working days if you opt for stitching services.

Outside India

  • Delivery: Up to 15 working days depending on the postal code and mode of shipping.
  • Add 7-10 working days for stitching services.
  • We ship through reputed courier companies like FedEx, DHL, UPS, Aramex, etc.

Note: All products are shipped from India only.

Delays in Delivery

Delivery times are indicative and approximate. Items may ship earlier or later depending on availability and other factors. Factors beyond our control, such as weather conditions and strikes, 

may also affect delivery times. We will keep you informed about the status of your order, including any delays.

  • No refunds, returns, replacements, or exchanges will be entertained for delivery delays.
  • We may deliver the shipment in parts. If you choose to cancel your order, we can only cancel the unshipped part of the order (not valid for all cases).

Important Information Regarding Address

  • Any changes to your address must be informed to us within 24 hours of placing the order. No alterations can be made 24 hours past order placement or after the parcel is shipped.
  • For multiple delivery addresses, please place separate orders for each address.
  • Ensure your shipping address is correct to avoid penalties for incorrect shipping addresses. Customers will bear the cost of any penalties/fees.
  • If a reshipment is needed due to an incorrect address, customers will be responsible for paying re-shipping charges.
  • Ensure someone is available to receive the package as some couriers leave parcels at the door if no one answers. Sign confirmation may not be available in such cases.
  • Billing Address is where you receive your bills, and Shipping Address is where you receive your shipment. Both addresses can be the same or different as per your choice.

Product Availability

We strive to ensure that the merchandise listed on our website is in stock and that prices are correct. If we are unable to send your order due to unavailability, we will inform you within 5 working days of order placement.

Cancellations

Order changes or cancellation requests are accepted within 24 hours of order placement. We cannot cancel orders once they are processed.

 Custom Duties

  •  Custom Taxes and Import Duties vary by country and must be paid directly by the buyer.
  • These charges are not included in our ordering process and may be charged by your government.
  • International customers are responsible for any customs or duty fees. We have no control over these charges and cannot predict them.
  • Additional service charges may be applied by the courier company over and above customs duty.

Lost in Transit

  • We send our parcels fully insured. If the Courier Company fails to deliver, you do not suffer any loss.
  • We are not responsible for lost/stolen packages or damages after delivery by the courier.
  • If a shipment is lost in transit, we wait 15 days before reprocessing the order. If a replacement is unavailable, you may choose a refund or an alternate product.
